Is Dr Reddy's Omeprazole gluten/lactose free?
Yes
Does Dr Reddy's Omeprazole contain sodium?
No

Do Omeprazole exipients include sulphur?
Yes (sulphanilide, sulfones which are metabolites). Omeprazole should be avoided in known sensitive patients. Patients should consult their GP regarding an alternative.
Does Omeprazole contain Amines and Meglumine?
Yes. Omeprazole should be avoided in patients allergic to these. Patients should consult their GP regarding an alternative.
Is Omeprazole safe to take during pregnancy?

Is the dye used for Dr Reddy's Omeprazole a chemical or vegetable dye?
The capsule shells do contain chemical dyes.
For some patients it may be best for them to empty the capsules and mix with food such as fruit pulp. Do not chew or crush the pellets in the capsule.
